Biography

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Business (International Business) at QUT. Having spent my early years in Hong Kong, the city’s fusion of East and West has reflected heavily on my identity, interests, and background.

Throughout my studies, my passion for Indo-Pacific affairs grew from participation in international clubs, mooting, and other extra-curricular activities. I have a strong interest in East Asian affairs, with a firm understanding of Hong Kong and Chinese politics. My academic, professional, and extra-curricular experiences have further deepened my passion in Indo-Pacific political developments and international law, and how these areas impact our everyday lives and Australia as a whole.

I aspire to better grasp and strengthen Australia’s political and person-to-person connections with Taiwan, and hope studying at the National Chengchi University will offer a further glance into the intricacies of Taiwanese diplomacy, legal system, and its place in the world."
